Admissions Process
At Pathfinder, we have designed a clear and comprehensive four-step admissions process to guide prospective students.
Applications may differ depending on age. K-8 students will have their application completed by a parent. Grades 9-12 will have some parental aspects, and some personal aspects. Here's what you can expect:

Research and Exploration
The first step in our admissions process involves you! We encourage prospective students to delve deep into what Pathfinder University offers. Explore our academic programs, campus life, global opportunities, and student services on our website or by contacting our admissions team. Attend virtual or in-person information sessions and campus tours to get a firsthand feel of the Pathfinder community.

Physical Application & Interview
Once you have decided to apply to Pathfinder, the next step is to complete and submit your application. Along with the completed application form, you will need to submit your previous school records or equivalent. While we are open enrollment, we may request an interview, a personal statement, and standardized test scores (if applicable) on a case-by-case basis.
Upper School Only: Be sure to review the requirements of your chosen course of study as some programs may require additional materials such as portfolios or auditions.

Comprehensive Review
After your application is submitted, it will undergo a comprehensive review by our Admissions Committee. This committee, made up of Pathfinder team members, takes into consideration not only your academic and professional achievements but also your alignment with our values of social responsibility, equity, and inclusion.

Decision and Welcome
Once the review process is complete, you will receive a decision from us. If you are accepted to Pathfinder, you will also receive information about next steps, including details about your chosen program, any potential partnerships you might be involved in, and access to our global education network.
